Min Sook Lee's documentary, Migrant Dreams, reveals the dark side of Canada's temporary migrant workers program. The film profiles a group of women, mostly from Indonesia, who have come to Ontario to work in greenhouses to raise money for their families. However, after spending much of their wages to pay recruiter agent fees and rent on employer-controlled housing, little is left over to send home.
